Shamshir is a Curved Sword in Elden Ring. The Shamshir scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity and is a good Weapon for high dexterity characters who can excel at slashing attacks while spinning. 

Shotel is a Curved Sword in Elden Ring. The Shotel scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity and is a good Weapon for melee attacks and dealing damage with body spins by using the Spinning Slash skill.  

Wing of Astel is a Curved Sword in Elden Ring. The Wing of Astel scales primarily with Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence. It is a good Weapon for builds that specialize in Intelligence and Dexterity.

Black Knife is a Dagger in Elden Ring. The Black Knife scales primarily with Faith and Dexterity and is a good Weapon for dealing additional Holy Damage and for its Unique Skill, Blade of Death, that allows the user to fire an additional projectile.

Furthermore this particular dagger passively builds bleed.

Celebrant's Sickle is a Dagger in Elden Ring. The Celebrant's Sickle scales primarily with Dexterity and is a good Weapon for rune farming. 

Cinquedea is a Dagger in Elden Ring. The Cinquedea scales primarily with Strength and is a good Weapon for short range melee combat. This dagger is paired with the Quickstep skill to help gain an advantage in position and avoid damage, granting an opening to follow up with a combo of attacks. This dagger also has the unique ability to boost the damage of Bestial Incantations when held. The Cinquedea has extremely high base damage for a dagger while also having good Strength scaling. Overall, it's a surprisingly good Weapon choice for pure Strength builds and Strength / Faith hybrid builds.

Crystal Knife is a Dagger in Elden Ring. The Crystal Knife scales primarily with Intelligence, Strength, and Dexterity, and is a good Weapon for short-range melee combat enhanced with extra Magic Damage.
