The Mantis Blade weapon can be found at the following location: Dropped by Lesser Cemetery Shade in Gelmir Hero's Grave. [Elden Ring Map here] The shade is in the alcove at the same spot you drop down to ride the chariot. This is easily missed. It is likely a guaranteed drop on the first kill, then it may not drop again.
