The Bloodstained Dagger weapon can be found at the following location: Rare drop from Demi-Human Chiefs There is a Demi-Human Chief sleeping before the wooden bridge leading to the Minor Erdtree in the weeping peninsula. [Map Link] There are 2 of them close to each other in the Hermit Village. A quick way to farm is going to Primeval Sorcerer Azur grace, hugging the wall while going south and there will be one of them isolated. Kill that one and there is one immediately to the side away from the wall. [Map Link]
