The Duelist Greataxe weapon can be found at the following location: Potential drop In Leyndell near the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace from the Duelist enemies near the colosseum. Follow the path with three trumpet-wielding enemies and a gargoyle. Continue passed them and over a set of stairs underneath a giant root. The enemy that drops this weapon is patrolling a nearby hill. This is not a guaranteed drop from this enemy. Can't be farmed after beating Maliketh, The Black Blade as the Duelists vanish afterwards. May drop from the Duelist in Sainted Hero's Grave, but enemy does not respawn once defeated.
